Component Sourcing & Incoming Quality Control
Frame-related steel components are manufactured in-house, while most other vehicle components are sourced or customized from qualified suppliers according to product specifications. Incoming components undergo visual and condition inspections before assembly. Functional performance is further verified during vehicle assembly and vehicle testing. Frame Fabrication
Go Kart frame components are processed in-house through multiple fabrication operations. Typical processes include: Tube Cutting →Tube Bending →Punching →Laser Cutting →Fixture Preparation. Frame Welding
Frame welding combines manual welding and robotic welding according to the structural requirements of different components. Dedicated welding jigs are used to position frame components during production and help maintain dimensional consistency. The combination of manual and robotic welding allows different structural areas to use the most appropriate manufacturing process.

Frame Inspection
After welding, the frame goes through structural and dimensional inspection before surface finishing. Inspection points include frame dimensions, weld condition, left/right symmetry, mounting positions, installation holes and overall alignment. Dedicated inspection fixtures are used where required to verify critical dimensions and mounting locations.

Surface Preparation & Powder Coating

Sub-Assembly
Before final vehicle assembly, major vehicle systems are prepared through dedicated sub-assembly processes. Typical sub-assemblies include the front double A-arm suspension, rear axle and single-speed differential drivetrain, steering system, front and rear disc brakes, and the motor, controller and wiring harness. These modules are then prepared for integration into the main vehicle assembly.

Main Vehicle Assembly
The frame, suspension, motor and single-speed drivetrain, braking, steering, seating, and the battery, controller and electrical systems are integrated during the main assembly stage. Because different Go Kart platforms have different structures and configurations, the exact assembly sequence may vary by model. Assembly operations follow defined production requirements for each vehicle platform.

Critical Fastener Torque Control
Critical vehicle fasteners are tightened according to specified torque requirements. Depending on the assembly station and component, operators use torque wrenches and electric torque tools. Safety & Functional Inspection
After assembly, major safety-related and functional systems are inspected before vehicle testing. Brake inspection covers the front and rear disc brakes, brake travel, braking force and parking brake. Steering and suspension inspection includes steering play, front wheel alignment, toe-in, shock absorbers and tire pressure. Motor and drivetrain inspection includes the permanent magnet brushless motor, controller response, torque delivery, single-speed differential operation and abnormal noise. Battery and charging inspection covers the 72V40Ah lithium pack, connections, charger and charging function. Electrical checks cover lighting, throttle and emergency stop.

100% Vehicle Running Test
Every completed electric Go Kart undergoes a vehicle running test before final inspection. The test verifies key operating functions including motor response and acceleration toward the ≥50km/h top speed, braking, steering, reverse function where equipped, battery state-of-charge and controller behavior, abnormal noise and general vehicle operation. Dynamic testing also provides an additional opportunity to verify component performance under actual operating conditions.

Final Inspection
After the running test, every vehicle goes through a final inspection before packing. A defined inspection checklist is used to confirm the vehicle condition, electrical safety and key functions before release for shipment. This acts as the final manufacturing quality gate before packaging.
